Why is a waterfall on my bucket list? Because it’s not just any other waterfall. With a height of 979 meters and a plunge of 807 meters, it is the world’s highest uninterrupted waterfall.
Salto Ángel (Spanish for Angel Falls) is located in Canaima National Park in Venezuela and getting to the falls is an adventure in itself – full of both excitement and challenges – it has to be on my bucket list. From Caracas (capital of Venezuela), it takes a domestic flight, a jetstream aircraft, a boat ride, and a hike before you can experience this natural wonder.
